1. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Services Provided

miTunes provides custom song creation services based on information submitted by the customer. All songs are created on a made-to-order basis and tailored to the details provided at the time of purchase.

miTunes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

​

3. All Sales Final

Because all miTunes songs are custom-created, all sales are final once work has begun. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, event cancellation, or subjective preference.

4. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Requests

miTunes maintains strict content standards. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order at our sole discretion.

miTunes will not create songs that include, promote, or reference:

• Self-harm or suicide

• Harm, threats or violence towards others

• Political violence or extremism

• Hate speech or hateful content of any kind

• Racist, discriminatory, or demeaning language

• Target songs attacking individuals or groups

• Mocking, ridiculing, or disrespecting any religion or belief system

• Satanic or occult content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually graphic material

• Content promoting illegal activity or exploitation

Requests intended as humor or "roasts" must remain non-hateful. Final determination of acceptable content is solely at miTunes' discretion.

5. Right to Refuse Service

miTunes reserves the unrestricted right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, inappropriate content requests, or behavior that conflicts with our values.

If service is refused before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

​

6. Creative Discretion

miTunes retains full creative discretion over lyrics, composition, structure, vocal delivery, and musical interpretation. While we strive to honor customer requests, artistic judgment is required to deliver a cohesive final product.

Minor inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or unclear customer submissions are not grounds for refund.

​

7. Revisions

• Essential Package: No revisions included

• Signature Package: One light revision included

• Legacy Package: One full revision included

 

Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the purchased package. Additional revisions may require an additional fee or a new order.

8. Delivery Turnaround

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once all required information is received. Delays caused by incomplete submissions or delayed responses are not the responsibility of miTunes.

9. Streaming Distribution (Legacy Package Only)

For Legacy package orders, miTunes will handle submission of the song to third-party streaming platforms. Availability, approval, timing, and future removal are subject to each platform’s policies. miTunes is not responsible for third-party platform decisions or delays.

All custom songs will be under the artist name "DJ BLE" so for example if the song name is John Smith Birthday Song it would look like this on streaming platform: DJ BLE - John Smith Birthday Song (CUSTOM)

10. Intellectual Property & Usage

Upon full payment, customers receive a non-exclusive, personal-use license to the final delivered song. miTunes retains ownership of underlying compositions, arrangements, and production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Songs may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from miTunes.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

miTunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

12. Website Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
