Because MiTunes provides custom-made digital content, all sales are final.

 

No Refunds

Once work has begun on your custom song, refunds are not available for:

• Dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation

• Change of mind

• Event cancellation

• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information

 

Exceptions

If MiTunes is unable to fulfill an order due to policy violations or service refusal before work begins, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
